Having a LITPro riding history in your account will be really helpful for us to access your needs and give you good advice. Don't worry though if you don't have one yet... If your analyst doesn't feel like he's got enough go to on he may give you a homework assignment prior to our consultation to help us assess your needs and give us some data to walk through. If you don't have access to a LITPro we'll need to help you sort that out.

Do 6 to 10 laps with as little variation on lap time as you can manage. Do this at a track you are already familiar with, since learning the track will hurt your consistency. Go at a fast pace, but not sprinting. If you can sprint 6 laps straight with no mistakes, then up the number of laps until you are the point where you are just under sprint speed and still maintaining consistency.A recent 6+ Lap Moto (focused on sprinting)
Do 6 to 10 laps with sprints laps mixed in. You can go all-out for 6 laps straight, or you can sprint two, catch your breath, sprint two etc. Make sure you sprint enough consecutive laps for your heart rate to reach its peak.A recent 6+ Lap Moto (focused on experimentation)
Do 6 to 10 laps focused on switching up lines (insides vs outsides). Do entire laps at a time focused on single change at a time. Again, doing this a track you are familiar with already will help.

We'd recommend you purchase one. We believe there's so much value you can get out of riding and workout out with heart rate data, but if there are other reasons you can't/won't use one we'll do our best without it. You'll need to give us extra info about your workouts to help us understand how you're feeling. Heart rate straps need to be chest-worn for Moto. Heart rate sensors not worn on the chest are far too inaccurate when the movements are irregular such as in Moto.
