  1. STEP 1: Purchase this service

    Get started by ordering this service. It can be used at any time in the future.

  2. STEP 2: Get matched with a LITPro Analyst

    Within 24-48hrs your assigned analyst will reach out to you with brief questions about who you are, what your goals are, and if there's any additional info needed to provide the service. (see next section on requirements)

  3. STEP 3: Connect with your LITPro Analyst

    Once your analyst has your info, he'll book a time with you for an initial consultation that allows time for a thorough analysis on our side and that fits your schedule. Connecting with your analyst will be done over the phone or a video conference. Whichever works best for you. Your analyst will then create a custom riding plan that fits your needs, schedule and works towards your goals.

  4. STEP 4: Continually Improve Performance

    Your LITPro Analyst will adjust your riding program based on your needs and progress discovered during the 6 data reviews to ensure you keep progressing and stay motivated to accomplish your goals. During this phase you can have phone/video/email/text access to your analyst and you will know all your hard work is being monitored and reviewed.





What we need from you

In order to do our part we'll need to know a bit about you. Before the consultation we'll take a look at your account and ask questions via email that help us fill in the gaps on our end to know how to best help you.

Required
  • Respond to questionnaire

    Once you've been assigned an analyst, your analyst will take a look at your LITPro riding history (if one exists), and send you additional questions to better understand your goals and needs. We'll want to know stuff like age, fitness level, bike, upcoming races, other goals, etc.

  • Must have a LITPro to use + heart rate for your moto training sessions

    During your two-month ride programming you will link accounts with your coach and your coach will get notifications when you ride or complete or adjust planned workouts.

  • Must have track off-bike workouts with heart rate

    We don't care how you track the workouts so long as we get the data. We're fine to work with mobile apps, Garmin, Polar, Apple Watch etc.

  • Commitment & Discipline

    Keeping to a schedule is always difficult especially with unexpected mechanical, weather, injury related obstacles that can get in the way. Plans will always require some adjustment, and we can work with that - but you as a trainee need to do your part to properly track your workouts/motos and accurately log the results. We can help you set a plan and even help you stay motivated, but at the end of the day you are the one that needs to find a way to get it done.

Helpful (but not required)
  • Access to Computer or Tablet

    If you have access to a computer or tablet we can invite you to our video conferencing and screen sharing software that will make the process much more visual and intuitive for you. If you don't have this we can get by.

  • Someone to capture track-side video

    Occasionally it helps with the coaching to get a little track-side video to help your coach see your technique on the bike. Your coach may ask for this at specific times during the program, or you can offer it up when you happen to have someone with you who can take a few videos for you.

  • At least 1 on-bike workout per week

    Ideally your schedule allows for 1 to 3 on-bike workouts per week, with time for other off-bike workouts other days as well. If you don't have time in your schedule for at least one on-bike workout per week it may be difficult for your coach to help you see the progression you want to see.

Is there any contract?

No contracts. You pay for a month at a time and if you want to extend a month you just pay for the next month too when you are ready to start.

Do I need to buy a LITPro?

If you don't have a LITPro but want this service, let us know and depending on availability we may be able to get you a loaner from our demo fleet to use. During some months of the year our fleet is totally booked up, so it just depends and we'll be happy to try and help out if we can.

What if I don't have a heart rate strap?

We'd recommend you purchase one. We believe there's so much value you can get out of riding and workout out with heart rate data, but if there are other reasons you can't/won't use one we'll do our best without it. You'll need to give us extra info about your workouts to help us understand how you're feeling. Heart rate straps need to be chest-worn for Moto. Heart rate sensors not worn on the chest are far too inaccurate when the movements are irregular such as in Moto.

What if I get injured?

Unfortunately injuries are common in our sport. We can only encourage you to ride steady and within your abilities. We can't guarantee against injury, weather, mechanical issues etc, but if you ever believe we weren't able to add the value you were expecting we will give you a full refund.

What if my bike breaks or gets stolen or whatever?

What if it rains for a solid month?

What if I don't race?

No problem! Bar to bar racing is not the only way to enjoy this sport and we 100% appreciate that and support that. Whether your goals are just to ride safer, improve consistency, drop lap times, gain fitness or focus on a specific technique we can help.

What if I don't ride Moto?

For now we are only offering these services targeting Moto. Let us know what you are interested in though and we can tell you up-to-date what our timeline is for being able to support you in your sport.

What if I don't want to do off-bike training?

We think this sport is too gnarly to ignore the off-bike training required to be serious about it, but if you already have that side taken care of we can provide the on-bike only side of it for you no problem.
